I had to return one item, and the process was really simple. Since everything was straightforward, I got it done quickly without any hassle.

I’ve ordered from sideshow a couple of times now, and overall I’ve been happy with what showed up. Compared to a lot of other collectible sites people talk about, sideshow definitely feels more premium, but the prices can be a little steep.

That said, when the piece is really detailed and packaged well, it does feel like you’re getting what you paid for. The payment plans are a big help too, because dropping the full amount at once would be a lot for most people.
The main reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that shipping and taxes add up quicker than you expect. Still, if it’s a piece you really want and you’re okay paying a bit more than the crowd might elsewhere, it’s a solid place to buy from.

I ordered from Sideshow and was expecting the shipping to be painful, mostly because the box looked like it was going to be huge. I had just been rearranging some space at home too, so I was already thinking about where this thing was even going to go once it arrived.

To my surprise, the shipping cost was actually fair, and it was shown clearly before I paid. No random extra fee popping up at the last second, which I really appreciate because I hate doing the whole checkout process and then feeling tricked right at the end.

The package showed up safe and in good shape, so in the end the shipping felt totally worth it. I’ve had deliveries before where the box looked like it went through a wrestling match, but this one was fine. Happy with the whole experience overall.

To be fair, the figure did arrive in good condition, so no complaints there. The international shipping just took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated along the way, which was a bit frustrating. The customs fees also ended up being higher than I thought. Not a terrible experience overall, just kind of annoying.

This looks great and feels really well-made. It’s got a nice sturdy feel to it, so I’m confident it’ll hold up well.

I signed up for the waitlist on sideshow.com thinking maybe I’d have a decent shot if someone backed out, but then I just waited and waited with basically nothing happening. Months went by, and the account page didn’t really give me any useful info, so I kept checking back and feeling like I was wasting my time.
I totally understand a waitlist doesn’t mean you’re guaranteed anything, but the lack of updates made the whole process annoying. Even a simple email once in a while or some kind of status would’ve helped. The site itself isn’t terrible, but the waiting experience was definitely frustrating

I’ve ordered from Sideshow a few times now and, everything has felt legit. The boxes showed up in good shape, the figures looked like what was shown on the site, and nothing ever gave me that “hmm... is this real?” feeling.

The only thing that keeps it from being a full 5 stars for me is the price, especially once shipping gets added. It can sting a little. But still, when it comes to authentic collectibles, I’d rather pay a bit more here than take my chances with some random seller.

I mostly use Sideshow when I’m trying to track down figures that are tough to find anywhere else. They usually have a good mix of items in stock or at least available for preorder, which is helpful if you’re collecting specific lines.

I’d probably give them 5 stars, but some of the more popular stuff sells out really quickly, and it’s not always clear if or when restocks are coming, if that makes sense. Overall though, I’ve had a solid experience with them.

The sculpt looks really good and feels accurate to me. The paint is mostly clean too, which is nice because some figures have ridiculously sloppy details, but this one turned out solid.
